Aromatherapy
A personal assessment by Martin Watt Cert. Phyt. I view aromatherapy as a system of helping the body to heal itself, partly by utilising the physical and emotional properties of aromatic plant extracts. These substances can be administered by a number of different means, for example as part of massage; by direct external application; as internal medication; in baths or showers; as room fragrances and in food.
Anger
Do not suppose you are hurt , and your complaint ceases. Cease your complaint , and you are not hurt.
Some people really are more “hotheaded” than others are; they get angry more easily and more intensely than the average person does. There are also those who don’t show their anger in loud spectacular ways but are chronically irritable and grumpy. Easily angered people don’t always curse and throw things; sometimes they withdraw socially, sulk, or get physically ill.
Depression
If you’re not suffering from depression yourself, chances are that anywhere from 15 to 50 of every hundred people you know are. It is an insidious illness that sucks an individual further and further into a state of “impotence” and at the same time impacts the well-being of everyone who comes in contact with him/her. The numbers offered here are somewhat ambiguous because depression is only recently recognized as a real illness and not a figment of one’s imagination.

Sodium
Description
Known to most people in the form of table salt, sodium is one of the minerals that the body needs in relatively large quantities. Mankind’s taste for sodium reaches far back into the distant past. Much like today, sodium was popular in antiquity as a food preservative and an ingredient in snacks. In some ancient societies, sodium was even used as a form of currency.

Creatine and Glutamine

4Ever Fit L-Glutamine Advanced Recovery
In a land much like ours live two sisters, Creatine and Glutamine. Creatine’s hot, there is no doubt about it. Long legs, a nice tan, and she looks good in a thong (thong sandals, that is). Yes, Creatine turns heads wherever she goes. She’s even put on the cover of all the popular magazines. Glutamine, on the other hand, sticks to herself, wears glasses, braces, and rarely lets her hair down. She certainly doesn’t get the same attention as Creatine.

Unexplained Infertility
About one in seven couples in developed countries and one in 10 couples in developing countries (10%) 1 experience infertility (not becoming pregnant after about a year of trying). Although the term infertility is commonly used, for most people the more accurate term is subfertility, as relatively few people are totally infertile.

Premenstrual symptoms versus Premenstrual dysphoric disorder
Menstrual Pain Relief
Most estimates hold that 70-90% of women experience premenstrual symptoms at some point during their childbearing years. Of this group, an estimated 30-40% have PMS, with symptoms debilitating enough to interfere at least somewhat with daily living activities. Only 3-7% of women have PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). So what exactly is the difference between PMS and PMDD?
