Aspirin has yet to achieve "miracle drug" status. Most notable is its benefit to the circulatory system - lowering the risk of first ischemic heart attack in men by roughly 50% and in women by 30%. And, when given immediately after a heart attack, aspirin decreases deaths by 25%, 22% decrease in incidence of migraine attacks among people who took one aspirin a day.

One food has a much higher content than all others and that is the brazil nut. These nuts contain between 16 to 30 mcg/g a nut. The average in take of selenium is probably around 80 mcg per day .

Fiber. There are actually two types of fiber - soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber is found in foods like oat bran, broccoli, and apples. It SLOWS the movement of food through the intestines. Insoluble fiber, found in wheat bran, dried beans (like kidney and pinto) and celery, SPEEDS up movement trough the intestines. You need BOTH types of fiber to keep you healthy! Friends are important in many ways. These relationships often take on a life of their own. Being a good friend is a skill we can learn and improve upon. Relationships among true friends take a steady dose of time and energy--two resources in limited supply for all of us. The closeness of your connections is far more important than the length of your guest lists. Carve out some quality time for one another. If you want to improve your relationships, put your fear of rejection aside and start taking more risks. Invite your friends to lunch or over for dinner or organize a new playgroup. Just make the first phone call. Your friends are just as anxious to get together as you are. Focus more on being interested than on being interesting. Avoid complaining, gossiping, and criticizing. Make your friends feel significant by remembering small kindensses. Notice her new haircut or send flowers or a simple email when you know she needs it most. Good listeners are hard to find. Try not to finish your friend's sentences, focus on the speaker. Be careful with advice. Assume your friend wants to vent her frustrations, not ask you for a plan of action.
