The use of certain foods naturally protects the body, however, many people are unaware that diet contributes significantly to the quality of life in general.

Seagrasses
Although not part of the daily diet, it appears that the fibers of the green algae are effective in the weight loss. They reduce your appetite making you feel full. Seaweed salad every day helps lower blood pressure, according to scientists at a research center in Ireland.

Sour cherry juice

Apple a day
